Whats the rules for getting banned at this site?

There are 20000 registered members at THERX. If you took a poll of all the 20000, over 99.9999% of them would want Alan Palmer banned from this site.
I see people get banned here for some really simple shit at times. Im not saying its not justified but if your asking me to compare what THEMIGHTYRIGGS did at this site vs what Alan Palmer has done it would be no comparision.

Im just speaking my mind. I hope I dont get banned over this. Just my opionion.
